Dubai Festival City, the Middle East’s
largest privately-funded, mixed-use
development taking shape on the banks
of Dubai’s historic Creek, has
unveiled an iconic high-rise design
for its Four Seasons Hotel Dubai Festival
City. It will be among the world’s
tallest hotels.
The Hotel will house 373
rooms and suites. In addition there
will be 80 residential apartments
and 10 breathtaking multi-storey penthouse
suites.
The new and unique design concept,
which has never been attempted on
a building of this height before,
incorporates both the 373-room Four
Seasons Hotel Dubai Festival City
and 80 ultra-exclusive residential
apartments.
Overlooking
the project and being constructed
on the 32 metre wide corniche, the
unparallelled property will create
a complete urban sanctuary in the
heart of the city. Heavily landscaped
surroundings fused with cascading
water features, hidden villa retreats
and superb leisure amenities will
combine to create a ‘timeless
oasis’ on the banks of Dubai’s
Creek.
The
interiors will be cutting-edge, employing
styles that do not conform to any
current styling trends.
The
Four Seasons Hotel Dubai Festival
City is due to open in 2008.
